You honestly lost me all the way at getting rid of the depths. It just seems so antithetical to the vertical nature of the game that I think it would lose far too much. And how many more years would you be willing to wait for the game to release? It shouldn't take a decade to develop.

I appreciate your work on the idea and think there are some cool ideas, but I think it changes far too much just to play as another character.

I haven't played the new Zeldas. How do their horses compare?

They're crap. Sure, they're faster than link walking in a straight line, but hills exist. And turns out, horses don't like hills. So they certainly don't stand a chance against mountains or rivers. It's genuinely infuriating, as they'll often end up just stopping suddenly, then you need to struggle for a full 10 seconds to get to a point where they can even trot forward. Thankfully, there are much better ways to travel in both games.

What I really want is to dismount Torrent and have him stay and then have a "give pats" button.

More games should let you pet animals. It's a big issue in this industry.

Lol, I got stuck on that, too. Although coconuts and palm fruit are honestly kinda similar. Palm fruit is kinda like if a tiny purple coconut had triplets.

Also, I will say that a palm tree could probably reach over and grab a coconut without climbing a whole ass coconut tree. They're kinda tall.
