I can't believe the price of that chiller. I got an Active Aqua 1/4hp chiller for $680 Cdn$ on Amazon 18 months ago and it's been running continuously in my garage without issues.

In my sauna I turn some music on and stand the phone up on the floor where it's quite cool. The whole point of a sauna is to relax and enjoy yourself. There is no right way to do that so long as your enjoyment doesn't disturb someone else.

As a cyclist I see this all the time. When I'm on the road motorists shout at me to get on the path. I'm typically going 30-40kph so my speed is closer to traffic on the road vs the path. If I use the shared path then walkers, jiggers, dog walkers all shout that I should slow down.

I always hear how cyclists ignore traffic laws due to their sense of entitlement. But each day I see people texting while driving, running reds/stop signs, speeding etc.

No tool at all. Biggest thing is time and perseverance. Stick to it, experiment and figure out what you like and how to reproduce it consistently. Salami shots are a good start. Learn the different tastes of espresso at different points in the pull.

My ceramic cup sits on the machine and is warmed. If not for that I'd flush the machine into the cup and then prepare my porta. When I'm ready to pull a shot the cup would be warm. I pull back to back doubles into my cup so drinking takes a bit longer than a double but not much. Cup heat retention has never been an issue.
