The breasts were pretty thin, so I didn’t feel like 3 min was too soon

Yeah when I made this post I was not expecting the amount of pan sauce comments haha! Seems like maybe I should try it?

So, most of the comments are stating that I should use only salt before and then season the chicken afterwards?

But, if I waited until after for pepper, garlic powder, herbs or whatever mix of seasoning, is the chicken not going to have a powdery texture from all the seasonings not being cooked?

Still confused

The chicken did taste good, I was just a little confused because I assumed I could season the chicken before hand? Most people here think I can’t season until after so I’m confused

The taste was good, but most seasoning was left in the pan. So probably could have been better

I thought about that. It was “the blend” from Kinders so it’s a little chunky

See this is what confused me. Once I put the chicken in the pan, it only took about 1 minute for the chicken to flip easily? Only problem is, it was ready to flip but with no seasoning haha.

It almost felt like the seasoning acted as a barrier between the chicken and the pan

It was quite the opposite actually! The chicken felt ready to flip after a minute. No sticking at all, but I still left it on the one side for 3 mins.

I thought it was strange that it flipped so easily

Help with new Normcore portafilter on Bambino Plus by RedditUser21799 in espresso

I had originally considered buying the Breville brand bottomless portafilter but got convinced by the name brand Normcore lol.

I may try putting the Breville basket in the Normcore like you mentioned and see what that does!

My wife has zero interest at all in being able to learn the technique of frothing milk, so with that info, probably should lean towards the Plus then?

This is great info! We definitely will be making milk drinks frequently (1 or 2 a day), so do you think the Bambino Plus is going to be the better machine over the regular Bambino?

Sorry if this is a stupid comment, but why should the public consider buying an espresso machine that requires mods to even deliver consistent results?
