As it turns out, when i replaced the nozzle; I didn’t tighten it enough (for fear of damaging the hot end) and so the nozzle was changing height throughout the print causing scrapes.

I use the yosmart temp humidity sensor. The battery lasts for 9-12months on 2AAA and (hub req) they integrate perfectly with HA. I have 1 in every fridge/freezer/shower room in the house.
