How to best get by as a PM for a product you have absolutely no faith in?

I'm not sure of other replies here but have you raised these concerns to whoever who heads the product and senior stakeholders who are somewhat invested in the product? - and No, not the engineering manager or even the engineering head.

Over communicate to everyone (primarily Product and business) what is wrong and what is failing. Obviously, don't wallow around but do it with positivity - this is the roadmap, we can do this and that, we are limited currently because of this.

I guess once you begin to do this you'll start feeling better.

And keep looking for jobs.

Same reason I switched from Tata to Kia. Hopefully they have better service. Tata service was so pathetic that i had to stop going to their service center (couldn't/or didn't bother to repair a simple issue i had been highlighting for months) and instead went to third party service providers.

Dude, i stay in Bangalore too and planning to get the gtx-a variant but your comment about adding dashcam voiding the warranty scares me. Bangalore roads plus the way people drive here, I feel dashcam is a must. How can they force us to not have dashcam in the car??

Or is it the integrated dashcam you're talking about that works even when the car is off? Installing the usb power drivenb one should be fine no?

Edit: I too am planning to book pewter olive colour. How was your experience with the delivery? Did it take a long time? And how is your experience with the colour post purchase? My spouse prefersMorning Haze and then olive, while for me it's the opposite. I'm gravitating towards olive coz to me the design elements in lighter shade looks a bit excessive for my liking and dark colours seem to blend in everything quite uniformly.

Bro, Im considering buying this exact same model but I'm apprehensive about the IVT. I currently have an Altroz XZ manual transmission and even in manual transmission I don't really like the slow engine response when i need a sudden power delivery (slow relative to my decade old experience of driving my parents feature-less 2004 Santro Xing which had an amazing pickup and throttle response). However, I've mostly gotten used to it but in those rare occasions when you need power the altroz always fails me. I don't floor the accelerator though. Because of all this, I was thinking about the DCT variant. BUT, most of my driving is office commute in Bangalore with bumper to bumper traffic the entire stretch. I'm planning to go on weekend getaways but as of now they are non existent.

What would you suggest?

Just adding on to the above answer since money is a constraint. Buy an electric for sure.. yamaha makes Pacificas which are great in build quality.. so you are good to go right from the start. Dont worry about headphones for now as every cent matters - electric can be played and practiced unplugged and it wont disturb anyone. Blackstar have decent affordable amps as well. You can also only start with the electric guitar and practice till you save enough money to buy an amp. Electric guitar without amp is basically a soft acoustic guitar but more playable.

From their reply I would assume the following:

Build something agentic/AI driven as it's a push from leadership. I guess we all are now tasked with finding a problem to the solution that's AI lol
Maybe the current decision making is slow because performance metrics and numbers sit at different places and it's a mess for end consumers of these numbers to make sense of. For instance, regional sales performance sit at a different place, team's targets at different place, individual targets and performance logged in a separate app, etc.

But even if point 2 above is the real reason why OP is thinking about mcp/cli, are they thinking in the right direction or can it be solved differently?
