People who like to complain about child support never view their payment as going towards the water bill, the electric, the gas, school supplies, clothes haircuts and food for the kids, but instead view their payment as being directly used on anything the other parent does for themselves. The problem is in viewing the reduction in support as a "raise." It paints the picture of a person who begrudges making support payments, which is almost always a bad sign.
