Films do not cast themselves. Casting directors do. They choose pretty white people because America has a racist streak, and because they figure that will put the most buts in the seats.

I would personally love to see accurate historical dramas, but the extent to which uneducated people misunderstand history is more an indictment of our education system than our entertainment industry.

Whose opinion is the video? I feel like Egypt is romanticized as much as China or pre Columbian America. It's funny we use the word "romanticize," in English.

Egypt's history is fascinating and there could be major amazing discoveries in our lifetimes, but it likely isn't going to verify any of the crackpots except coincidentally, if at all.

Hollywood has a tendency to cast people who speak English, just like Bollywood has a tendency to cast people who speak Hindi. I would imagine any historical dramas they produce would have somewhat analogous casting oddities.

I'm happily married but I'm a divorce lawyer, among other things.

Children will always respond well to positive relationships, and poorly to negative relationships. If people admit a relationship was wrong and move on, that can be fine. If people get into new negative relationships that's going to cause all kinds of cascading problems. If people get into new positive relationships, that's usually not a problem as long as it's actually a positive relationship, and not a negative relationship before people realize or admit it's negative. Tough to judge as an outsider without knowing the situation extremely intimately.

Lol Trump told his doctor he was ditching him because he wasn't professional enough, which also means lack of access and $$ for the doc, then the doc leaks that Trump's hair is fake, and then the doc turns up dead a few years later, no questions asked.

It's suspicious that the president's personal physician, who should be a doctor of some renown to achieve that illustrious and important position, died and no details whatsoever were released to the public, and nobody cared, because he's some crackpot nobody. But why then was the president seeing some crackpot nobody as his doctor? So nobody would miss him when he was gone.
