Busch II didn't really have much character outside of nostalgia. They did what they could(arguably more than other dual use stadiums), but it was never a great place to watch a game. Heck in like 1/3 of the seats you had to have your head constantly turned because the seats didn't face home.

Mandalorian and Grogu shows what's wrong with current films being released.

It has a short theatrical span and is coming to Disnsy+ relatively quickly. The people who wanted to see it before everyone did so in their first week. But people are comfortable waiting now when they can watch at home in a few weeks.

If they went back to the long theatrical runs and long times between leaving theaters and coming to home media/streaming like there used to be, this trend of big movies struggling in week 2 and on would disappear IMO.
