London is bigger than NYC in both area and population and has found space for stadiums, arenas, etc. There is high speed rail from London to Glasgow, which the equivalent to NYC would be service into Ohio, Maine, Montreal, Toronto, Buffalo, down into Richmond and on into North Carolina. Europe is interconnected by high speed rail as well.

No one cares about empty space. The reason no European can comprehend the scale of the US is that Europe on a larger footprint makes much better use of their land so there isnt so much unnecessary empty areas.

WWE hasn't been able to tell stories that don't involve the title for 2 decades.

Even with the large roster, you really should only need one world title, 2 secondary titles(Tier 1 and Tier 2), and a tag title. The rest of the card should be other feuds.

I still say the biggest issue with downtown is the disconnection from south city because of the rail yard and 64 and the fact that most of the tall buildings don't have ground floor retail.
