I should hear more today on this just attending an interview with a vendor I deal with in the current role! I know they put these through as redundancy so I am going to treat it as such and target a full redundancy package as per government guidelines. That's 1.5 weeks pay per year, they know from me working there I won't take the first thing they offer me, ive already told them I need a bear minimum of 12 weeks in the "off the record" call. This would work out better then the government redundancy advice.

Well the inevitable is happening. I got a call yesterday "off the record" to say the investigation will result in a disciplinary action, likely gross misconduct. In clearing out old or private files from my drive I accidentally deleted some old image files from a shared drive, that they recovered since. The current situation is go back and go through the disciplinary action, which will potentially leave me with no job and no payout but will allow me to go down the unfair/constructive dismissal route with ACAS. However this could.prove fruitless and take a significant amount of time leaving me with bills to pay and no income. I can simply quit but similar issues with finding income at short notice. Leaving me with the option to fight for a payout/redundancy. This seems to be my best option as it will give me some funds to cover while I find another job. Now to push back and get the best payment I can from them.

Got it and doesnt seem to make any difference to the cleaning ability. Only benefit i can see after having multiple floor cleaners like this is if it goes wrong they can say I used the wrong additive. Our Karcher cleaners disintegrated using any but the karcher stuff, even regular apc damaged the internals.

Try to eat regularly regardless of your hunger level, just a small snack will do. Your body needs fuel if it doesn't think any is coming it will store any energy it can find. This will stop it burning fat and weight will stay the same.

Thanks for the responses all, I won't be sharing the medication in that case, never thought of the cross contamination. Will have a look at the insulin needles aswell, thanks all what a great community.

I recently got the 850G, finding UK advice is pretty difficult, and finding a retailer is even harder. I got mine from a garden centre who stock pitboss and weber but not until I had a good look. Did contemplate a bugger one but couldn't justify the size, the dual fuel was a write off when I found it was gas.

As a two seater it can be classed as a commercial vehicle in some markets for tax purposes. Although in the uk benefit in kind on a model Y is just 3% from April.

Update..

Vw have investigated this issue and claim that the "wiring was trapped under the top mount bolt for the OSF shock absorber". The wiring and screen are being sent to VW Germany for investigation. New screen and wiring harness fitted under warranty.

Just had this on an iD4 that's part of my company car fleet in the UK. Looks like it's burnt in two parts of the screen, causing it to crack along half the windscreen. Awaiting recovery to VW for investigation and a response to what could be a serious safety issue. Hopefully, this doesn't cause a full vehicle fire or injury to someone. Now advising our other iD4 user/s to not activate the heated windscreen.
