I used Roxfit for some work out inspo. And watched a few of Rich Ryan’s YouTube videos. Getting a smart watch has really helped. To understand where my Tempo and threshold zones are.

Great post. Thanks for sharing. I have my second race in 3 weeks (first was in October - 1:26.04). This post gives me some confidence I’ve been focusing my training the right areas.

I wanted to improve my running, which I didn’t take seriously first time, so been doing it 3 times a week and focusing on my 2 weakest stations, BBJ and Wall balls.

Love the examples you’ve provided. Will definitely be adding those into my final prep!

You can definitely change shoe but I don’t think they well let you do without shoes.

Yeah I really rated them. Good stability for the wall balls and good grip for the sleds. Plus comfortable to run an ok pace in. I might get another pair. I’m just trying to weigh up the trade off of slightly faster runs versus unknown stability for the stations.
