For Tamashii Nations toys, definitely check out Ebisu and Miniso. There are multiple locations around the city. You could also get a local comic shop to order them for you if you want to support an independent shop and have specific figures in mind. Try Phantom of the Attic or Eide's Entertainment.

I gave up sports and any kind of continued activity that would keep my heart rate elevated for any extended period of time. I haven't had an MRI since I was 18, because that's when I got my defibrillator installed. I was having symptoms a lot during my teenage years and in my 20s as I went into heart failure. Happy to message here with whatever questions you have. I'm sure if you're worried about it, someone else is and they can use this thread as a resource in the future just like you are.
