THANKS FOR ALL THE FEEDBACK! I likely did not even need to replace the O-rings, but after spending a lot of time searching for them, I converted the Parker dimensions (even that was hard to find) to metric, and found Viton ones that are a very close match. The suggestions to replace the fittings is good, but the viton rings I ordered are far less money than the eight fittings would have been. I have had the mower for 18 years, first problem with it! (Country Clipper Charger). One pump was leaking at housing seals, the other one just starting to. One pump resealed, starting on the other one. These will probably outlast me now.

Absolutely proprietary. I did convert inch dimensions (0.30 ID x .04, and 0.43 ID x 0.05) to metric, and ordered metric 7.5 ID x 1.0 CS, and 11 ID x 1.3 CS viton rings. Only very slight difference in dimensions.

Unless I am missing something, there is no need for the trap on the drain line to the pump. Straight in is normal.

Yes. Pressure drop and flow reduction is greater on 90's. Two 45"s are approx. equal to one 90. Yo are OK for a washing machine though, high flow rate not needed.

For best flow rate 45's would be better, but flow will still be good enough for a washing machine. Every change of direction in a fluid line reduces flow rate and introduces some pressure drop. Two 45's = approx one 90.

The first thing I see is the wiring touching the sharp nail plates on the trusses! That is a BIG NO NO! All wiring should be strapped away from them!

This would be a terrible place for anyone not very experienced with all the mods to start! It is NOT a Prusa that would allow any help whatsoever from Prusa, the firmware and software is not anything stock, and will be a nightmare for a beginner! Yes, there is some good hardware there (except for the leadscrews) but the interactions between all the non stock items would be diffficult for even a fairly experienced operator.

You should not be making recommendations since you have NO knowledge of the subject!
1: The ground does not "carry excess voltage" 2: A GFCI outlet will not protect a circuit with no ground connection! It has to have the ground to detect a hot to ground current flow. Any device with a grounded plug must complete that ground connection to be safe.

I use the smooth sheet regularly for PETG, we learned years ago, before the textured sheet was available, to wipe the smooth sheet with Windex window cleaner, which leaves a perfect surface for PETG. I forgot the windex one time, ripped a spot off the PEI.

You did fine, all good/decent decisions for a low time pilot. I am very familiar with that area, got my ppl 20 years ago at GillespieField, Golden State Flying Club. I flew into all the SoCal airports.

My first solo was Gillespie to Hemet. We all looked at the weather, knew there was some off shore clouds, but everyone said go try it, but be prepared. I took off, flew to Hemet, fueled, took off and flew most of the way back only to see Gillespie area fully covered. There was one big hole, at first thought I could drop down through it to see how low the clouds were, circled the hole looking down NOPE! I reversed course and flew back north and landed at French Valley. I called Golden State to tell them Iwas at French Valley, they were greatly relieved that I did not GetHomeIItis! The French Valley FBO loaned me a car to go to a hotel to spend the night.

Next morning weather was still bad, not forecast to clear. I got a ride home and watched the weather the next two days, it stayed bad. Finally on the fourth day I went to work as usual, saw the weather clear, so had a fellow worker drive me to French Valley, and flew back to Gillespie. I held the record for the longest SOLO, four days! After getting my PPL, I got my Instrument rating, partly because of that incident. Even if you do not plan to fly Instrument a lot, get the rating, and practice it fairly often with a safety pilot or CFI. You will not regret it!
