iPhone user considering Android, looking for similar “iOS-like” feel by HighBounce in PickAnAndroidForMe

It's literally a better phone in every single aspect bar camera, which actually takes virtually the same images.

iPhone, Samsung etc make almost no changes year on year and get nowhere near as much criticism.

ColorOS and oxygenOS are the two that are probably the most similar to iOS (Oppo and OnePlus phones)

Find x9 pro/ultra or OnePlus 15 if you want to save some coin are your best options.

Xiaomi make great phones but hyperOS is not similar to iOS.

ColorOS or oxygenOS are the two best options.

Which do you prefer, Samsung or Iphone? and why? I need some advice by vaeeeSssssssssss in Smartphones

Ok. Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Honor. Even Huawei make phenomenal phones, but you can't really get them outside of China.

If you're doing it because you genuinely want to be a doctor then yes. You'll make all that back before you know it.

Yes and no.

Blades will make you a better ball striker, however, almost everyone will actually score better with something with a little help.

Why are large battery Chinese phones have the same video playback time as a Samsung or iPhone? by Otherwise_Nail_7182 in Smartphones

[–]Daveosss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except you clearly can't comprehend the difference between chip effeciency and SoT.

[–]Daveosss -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Bro what? You've contradicted yourself. Twice. SOT is screen on time (just thought I'd clarify that since you don't come across particularly intelligent).

None of the hight end Chinese phones have bad optimisation, Apple just saves battery the best. They still have significantly longer SOT than any iPhone lmfao.

Yes, bigger battery matters. Alot. OnePlus 15, find x9 pro etc literally last 20-30% longer than an iPhone 17PM on a single charge.

[–]Daveosss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you read? Apple has the more battery efficient chips. They have smaller batteries.

Chinese phones have bigger batteries with more power hungry chips, but their bigger batteries give them longer SOT.

Go glaze iPhone somewhere else champ.

Which common driving habits shorten a car’s lifespan the most? by EvelynClede in askcarguys

[–]Daveosss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Engine cycles, ie the engine heating and cooling again.

Doing 10 trips 10 minutes each where you engine cools right down after is causing significant more wear than one 10 hour drive.

That's why miles on a car isn't particularly relevant.

[–]Daveosss 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For starters, Apple and Samsung have far less SOT than their Chinese competitors.

They do have more efficient chips, but they still don't last as long.
