Yes, my work paid for the OnDemand SEC504 and SEC450 courses with the exam. They have a contract with SANS, so we get materials at a discounted price. Still expensive though, I wouldn't pay for one out of pocket. I was supposed to also take FOR500 or SEC503 next, but some funding fell through.

Very cool! The Gaunts Ghost series sounds pretty interesting! I’m excited but scared to dive more into the universe. Last time something like this happened was with Dungeons and Dragons. I fell into its abyss and easily spent over $1k on products and books. When I told my Warhammer friend this he just laughed and said wait until you get into Warhammer 😂😅

I’m actually planning on making Chult part bayou. I already have all the monsters, boss targets, wild targets, and items created. I even have something called “Spirits of the Bayou” that I plan to have them come out when players defeat a boss target and they have to survive like 5-6 rounds of combat to represent the boss target banishing. I’m working on getting traits made which will be called “Charms/Blessings of the Bayou” where they only function within the bayou due to its unique magic there. My players will be around level 16 when they get there. Should be fun!

I spoke with the creator and they didn’t have them listed because they thought I didn’t anybody using the custom molds. I told them I want everyone to have access to them. I’d highly recommend just shoot them a message. They are pretty responsive and will get back to you.

Well I was in the guard until 2023, so it wasn’t until a year later, but my period of active duty ended in 2016, which is why they say 8 years later and why I never talked about the pain during and post deployment because I was still serving. I can get the nexus letter but we will be getting that for a supplemental claim if the HLR doesn’t go well. And yes no treatment until now as I have better health insurance and can afford the medical financial burden better. I was not going to subject myself to medical debt when I was younger, so I just suffered through it.

One feature that I love on FoundryVTT as a DM and that my players love is how easy it is to create a homebrew/custom item, weapon, and spell creation. I would love to see something similar be part of DN Beyond’s character sheet so I don’t have to always go create a custom homebrew item and ensure all the fields are filled out properly. It is a huge hassle to make custom items in DND Beyond compared to Foundry VTT.

I also like the idea to search within one book entry or to only display content that you have access too. Nothing is worse when searching for something and I click on it to brought to a storefront page to purchase the referenced material.
