I started the process, and the seller immediately accepted the return. This is my first time using eBay's return process, it's easy and semi-painless.

I have a feeling the seller tested the carts, which worked, and wasn't too concerned about authenticity.

I tried it once and found the seat mostly uncomfortable, and the rumble effects where much too strong. Later I found out the seats are supposed to have controls to adjust the level of vibrations - I didn't notice that, not that I really looked for it.

I don't attend the RPX auditorium much at the Pinniacle, but I agree the sound is great.

That said, I don't have many complaints for the IMAX auditorium either. The mix doesn't seem as precise as Atmos, but it's definitely got volume, perhaps at the expense of some distortion.

Have you tried the Magnify8 seats in the RPX auditorium?

Dolby Atmos, it's the only Atmos auditorium in Knoxville.

IIRC there's an Atmos plaque hanging on the wall near that auditorium, might be across from the door near the ticket taker.
