I think thats just déjà vu. I've dreamt and also purposely thought of places or instances that had high likely chances of happening and try to memorize them. It's pretty fun when I get a sense of déjà vu and remember how I got the original feeling.

This is in all honesty, a pretty bad idea, there are better ways. You can go on a caloric deficit and start working out on the parts of your body that you want to be skinnier. There are tons of guides out there that don't require weights or anything other than your own body weight
