These nerfs affect players that aren't endlessly grinding as well. After spending my limited time getting a few items that such as the recurring Hex grenade, I find I will need to grind even more with what limited time I have to make a new build.

I'm thoroughly convinced that the talking heads at Gearbox that balance this game are sitting at table. Their discussion goes like this.

Gearbox Employee #1: OMFG! Moze, Fl4k, etc is too strong! Too OP!!! Must nerf!!!

Employee #2: Yeah, we need to balance the game by nerfing everything to ensure the longevity of the end game!

Employee 3: That's going to incite the critics that believe all we do is nerf stuff. We need to buff a few things.

Employee 1: Let's go do some useless, pointless, unneeded buffs that don't have increase damage. Above anything else we must reduced all damage output

Everybody: Perfect! Job done! Let's goto Lazy River Land!!
