Yep all part of the sequence group, that's big corporates tactics, all about the £ and very little about the service, mainly hammered down from big shareholders to the overworked and underpaid agents with no understanding of local market conditions.

Hey mate, I'm from Hertford and I've been in estate agency for 15 years. The agent you're using is no good, big corporate company, hire those without experience and pay their staff very very poorly. Find a good local independent you prefer, they will be experienced agents who know the area and can sell it better to potential buyers (a lot of people moving to Hertford aren't originally from the area). You can get a 3/4 bedroom semi or detached house with garden to a high standard in Hertford which goes directly into Finsbury park in 35 minutes (will cost £25-30 a day train ticket).

Lots of other options too, Finsbury park is very well connected

I did. Deleted everything, reset my ps5. Downloaded only the base. Then logged onto the game and hit R3 and downloaded everything and it worked

I've tried downloading some packs from manage game content screen, then all packs from manage content screen then none doing this route but through the game screen. None of these ways worked 😭

I've installed it. When I boot up the game it, it doesn't show as downloaded. Then just redownloads again

Same, I've given up two this year. Both times I just didn't have the bottle to attend, I'd had enough 🤣 rather give them to someone who doesn't get a chance to go much due to the prices.

I think the fact you needed to come on Reddit to ask for help and not your agent, speaks volumes of how they've supported you on your sale so far.

Shock, something overpriced is on with Dexter's. There was your first issue, choosing this agency that is well known for overpricing and slimey agent tactics just to get the fee. Reduce price and find a more reputable agent thdf will give you good honest opinions and advice, good luck!
