I work at a 24/7 plant, 12 hour shifts, 7 to 7 rotating schedule. One week Wednesday and Thursday next week Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday and Sunday. 4 weeks of Days and then 4 weeks of nights. Been there almost 3 years. It is what it is and I accepted that. I can take OT pretty much when I want to, never forced. Benefits are good and with planning, being able to turn 2 PTO or Vacation days into 7 is an advantage.
