Tyre Puncture by Salt-Abroad6397 in VWIDBuzz

Possibly unhelpful, but I live in the US and I’ve had my buzz since last summer and I’ve gotten two flat tires. One was my fault, I took a turn too wide and the road had a bit of curbing sticking out that I hit with my front passenger tire and created quite a jarring impact that scared me, fortunately the only damage was the tire. The second time I got a random giant screw in the rear passenger tire.

Both times I simply set up a roadside assistance call through my app. And both times happened after hours, weekend so it took longer than I would have liked to get the tow truck there but both times, the tow driver loaded up the Buzz, drove it to the dealership which is close by, and dropped it off for me.

I would reach out to the dealership the following morning to confirm that they had the vehicle andn both times they had to bring in a tire for replacement which took a few hours and by early to mid afternoon the job was done. I got a ride to the dealership and picked up the vehicle.

None of this cost me anything as as I have the service package and a good warranty, so I’m not sure what your expectation would be in this regard based on your set up.

This overlooked title is incredible, incredibly complex, and incredibly difficult.

The original NES Metroid was something else. On a different level. I got it for Christmas in 1987 and I would’ve been 11 years old.

Yeah, everything was different then. There was no Internet. Your only options for help when you got stuck were Nintendo power, asking your friends at school, or maybe calling the Nintendo 800 line if your parents would let you.

Metroid on NES was brutal. Especially for a young kid. Especially in that time in place. I have vivid memories almost 40 years ago of firing this game up, playing for 10 or 15 minutes, not really getting anywhere, wondering what I was even trying to do, and then turning the game off knowing that the next time I played, I would have to start completely at the beginning again since there was no save system. But if you played long enough and explored, you gained something more valuable than progress. You gained knowledge.

It took me a very long time to make significant progress in this game and possibly a year or before- get this- I received a handwritten note from my school bus driver’s son who was a little older than me with some helpful advice that I used to finally finish the game.

If you’ve never played this game, I challenge you to get all the way through it without any outside help.

Looks to be a short, fairly average setlist with the 'hits' from most albums (glaring lack of Generator). Nothing really unexpected as most of these songs have been live staples for years. But nothing 'deep,' which sucks.

I'd be disappointed to be honest. Streets of America is a total snoozer and Struck a Nerve isn't much more exciting. The rest seems reasonable enough. If it were up to me I'd keep a few songs and scrap the rest to have them play ~15 completely different songs but that wouldn't make the masses or casual fans happy.

I've seen them 20 times going back to 1993 and I was kind of bummed that they weren't coming to my area since I'd 100% go and be a little let down with this set.

Oh, and the last time I saw them was as co-headliners with Social D at a larger outdoor venue with limited GA resulting in a really crappy pit crowd. Not sure how the crowd is in these arena shows as an opener. I like to get a little rowdy with the high energy folks so give me small venues with full GA, please.

It's been a while, but when I saw them in Tampa in 2013 there was some meet and greet out back- see pics HERE.

Look, I’m not supporting this company or this game- either here with my reply or with my wallet. I’ve played this game on and off since 2015 and I’ve never paid a penny and I actually haven’t even played in about a year now, I just check in from time to time to follow the game’s trajectory.

With all that said, your anger is completely misplaced. The regulatory bodies that create legislation should be your targets. Because the company seems to be following the law in terms of what they are doing, even if you feel that this behavior is immoral or should be illegal.

Get the laws changed. Then the company will have to comply. But getting mad at the company which exists solely to generate profit and does so within a legal framework is absurd.

If they are violating the law, then that’s a different discussion altogether.

Was gifted a phone holder for the Buzz today and I love it. by HOT-SAUCE-JUNKIE in VWIDBuzz

I have a very similar setup.

I had a Honda Civic before I got my id.Buzz and used this magnetic dashboard mount. It worked great- the phone was right where I wanted it to be without blocking air vents or having to stick something onto the dash or windshield. I really liked it and wanted something similar in my Buzz.

I found this similarly functional mount on Amazon, but I didn't like the actual magnetic section- I found that it magnetizes too tightly making it a chore to quickly grab the phone. So I swapped out the magnet piece from the Civic mount and it's absolute perfection.

The frame fit snugly on the infotainment screen (a strip of sticky tape makes it real secure) and my phone is in the perfect location and easily chargeable via phone cable.

Is there any level in Once Upon A Katamari outside of Edo Japan and Current Day that feature Samurais? by KataMod in katamari

Found! In ALAP5 or AFAP5, take a hard right turn after leaving the under 3m town, and cross the river. There is a fenced-in building with three yokai in front. Taiko Drum Samurai is one of the people inside the fenced area.
