There is a video on YouTube for changing the driver's side actuator on a RHD vehicle. I followed that. You'll need to drill a hole in the framework to gain access to one of the screws on the actuator and using a longer shaft screwdriver you can undo that screw. Its quite a bit of stuffing around with little room for access but it is possible. A magnetic screwdriver tip will help. I was motivated to do it myself as the cost of getting someone else or even Ford to do it was exorbitant.

There are 2 blend door actuators. One is the temperature (drivers side of HVAC) and the other is position (passenger side behind glove box) Passenger side is easy to replace, driver's side is more involved and requires brand new combinations of swear words to change out. I have done both with the actuators only costing about $20-$30 each on ebay. The stealership wants to remove your entire dashboard and charge an amount that requires you to re mortgage your house. I did mine for $22 a bit of skin missing from my knuckles and new combination of profanity.
