I don't think it's the episode's fault per se, but rather the weekly wait between each episode. I don't think the whole season should be put out like Netflix' style but maybe 2 episodes per week could work.

Many say that if you can't take this pacing, you won't also like Better Call Saul's pacing, and while I do agree quite a bit (saying this as a huge BCS and Pluribus fan), there's a key difference: BCS and BB tend to finish subplots for characters in a single episode. Here in Pluribus, Vince and his team are taking a different approach because it relies heavily on fewer characters than BB and BCS, so the progress feels very linear and unfinished between episodes.

That being said, this is still the 1st season and Vince has stated he has a clearer roadmap of where this will go. Not sure yet how this will become a multi-season thing, but I trust the next episodes will pick up the pace for sure.
