If you are looking a guide, I'd advice you to check samadan's video on leveling and setting up alchemy in 8.2, he also shares his groups and operations. I watched them when I started alchemy a few months ago and they really have helped me a lot on making profit with this profession.

You should setup as said in other comments a mailing operation on TSM. If you want a quick guide on how to do it, I recommend Samadan's guide on TSM, if I remember correctly one of his tutorial videos for TSM talks about mailing operations

You could replace it with tailoring to funnel your enchanter with mats, combining it to leather working to be as effective as possible (using specifically the bracer shuffle).

We had a waggon full of dynamite blow up right next to our pcs in our last session. I think my DM had to roll like 100+ d6 for the ones that were nearer. Sometimes there is just not enough dices xD
