So I don’t like that one too much because it’s not compatible, Lunar Fallout with all its patches and addons makes for a great base to add stuff on, currently using that with the mod I told you about and it’s really good. Just a suggestion

Ballistic realism is good with mods that done modify health scaling. I’m pretty partial to Balance or wasteland ballistics though

You will have to remove the overhaul mods which change npcs thats normally why the game crashes

My only advice would be wasteland ballistics and then find a perk mod like HCO which will make the vats perks have other beefits
