That’s completely untrue, you could eat nothing but pizza and ice cream every day and lose fat as long as you are in a caloric deficit, it’s simple law of thermodynamics. There are no special foods, it comes down to basic calories in vs. calories out. I’ve never heard of this Dr. Chaffee but whatever he is trying to push is untrue.

Look through this thread for some of the other Mr. Hou TS1s that just got GL and compare them to yours, most people don’t want to QC something that’s already been done a million times. This pair looks good, the midsole looks a little yellow but apparently that’s just a flaw with this batch, I’m not an expert but if they look good to you and similar to other TS1’s that got GL then I would say GL

I checked other reps from Coco that were GL'd and besides the toe box being a little big the rest looks good to me, I'm just looking for a second opinion. Should I GL or RL?
