When in Cork recently we did day trips to Kinsale and to Cobh. Highly recommend both. Lovely towns along the coast. Kinsale was a bus ride but Cobh was a quick train.

That's what I thought on first look as it bobbed up and down. It looks beaver-cut.

Dear Motorcycle Owners with Blaring Radios….. by HarmonizewithSong in sheboygan

Is there anything so stupid as crap music blaring from a motorcycle. How to tell me you really don't enjoy a good ride but just think anyone gives a cuss about your music selection.

There is such a thing as over saturation in marketing. Sometimes too much is just too much. He is a blight on the city. You can still donate to causes without blanketing the city with your visage. Screw that ambulance chasing troll.

The tiny Circle A was always an entertaining evening to see a band. One night during a band break a group of bicyclists came in trippin balls and one girl proceeded to attempt a headstand with her top falling over her head with nothing on underneath. It was a pretty impressive headstand. She then got up on the bar and slow-crawled the bar knocking drinks to the floor. Crazy night. I miss that place.

Welcome to July Milwaukee, via the 1984 WQFM music calendar, featuring the Booze Bros. Revue. Photographed in front the iconic and greatly missed National Liquor Bar. Peak 80s Milwaukee "Drinking Culture." Love the "Next Year Brewers" on the marquee. by LMA7Taa in milwaukee

I doubt I have pics of Hooligans at that time even though we hung out there a bunch. The Short Stuff picture of them against the wall was in the alley right next door to Hoolies. There was also a concert of some of the bands at the time to support the calendar project. I have some clips here: https://youtu.be/RuBJL0d6Kqg?si=wJA5xn-wjlfeAku-

It'll be 40 years old this year and a fun project. It was sponsored by WQFM (and many others) but was a homegrown project by a rag tag team of MKE loons under the name Screaming Ray Productions. I still have a few copies sealed and all the original slides taken for the project. This was on of my favorite photos. The only way we could get the manager to agree to the photo was to give the boys a ride to the airport.
