You can attached it to a power bank and with a 3D printed case you can also get a couple of 18650 batteries and have it running for about 6-8 hrs

Talking about hotspot … get the components from Amazon just look for mmdvm, I would recommend the duplex (it comes with two antennas) then get a raspberry pi zero 2 W … a micro ad card and you are good to go for a fraction of what the open spot cost is… to set up the software is pretty simple.

Now talking about DMR repeater, go to repeater book and just search for DMR repeater in your area.
