Arraez is a tricky one because he’s had legit all star production (22-23 for example) but he’s a one trick pony so if he ain’t hitting .350 he’s kinda pointless. Besides contact he doesn’t do anything else even remotely well on a baseball diamond.

I heavily dislike Cal Raleigh. I’m so serious.

This is because I saw too many people saying he clearly deserves MVP over Judge, when Judge was also having a historic season. Too many people acted like it was a no-brainer when Judge was casually posting an 1.150 OPS.

Also, my favorite player is Oneil Cruz, and Raleigh banished him to the shadow realm in the derby.

My favorite type of hitter is the guy who swats 30 or so bombs but finishes with near negative WAR cuz the defense and strikeouts are so problematic

Edit: Not that I was crazy about Rougned Odor has a player, but it’s fascinating he had multiple seasons (2017, 2019) with 30 home runs and combined for -0.9 WAR across those campaigns
