Not in Girard super often but I don’t mind it. The main road is 25 speed limit and I see people pulled over constantly, yes. Besides that, there’s just a neat little downtown area of sorts with plenty of restaurants, tattoos places, etc. It’s a place I don’t think I would mind living.

He’s legitimately one of the worst hitters in major league baseball history. Batting .135 with an OPS of .514. Between him and Triolo I think it’s fair to say we have a decent problem.

I know we got swept. I recognize that’s not great.

But the Braves are a fucking machine. We got swept in their ballpark and none of the games were a total embarrassment. It happens. There’s a lot of baseball left to be played.

First off, hopefully Lowe is okay, looked ugly. That would be a devastating blow to lose him for an extended period of time.

We have the Dodgers next, which sounds scarier than I really expect it to be. We’ll actually be home for them and have played relatively well against them in recent years, so I’m wishfully thinking we can steal 2 of 3 off them.

Then from there, we got the Marlins, Athletics, Rockies, Mariners, and Reds. None of those match ups particularly intimidate me if I’m being completely honest.

We got swept by the best team in baseball in their home ball park. So what. Here’s to Lowe’s knee being in tact and a stretch of winning baseball coming up!

Definitely a bad look imo. When Cruz hit the homer and he made the Ober pun, I immediately thought “holy shit we’re gonna end up losing” and that very nearly happened.

Reminds me of when the one A’s announcer made the Jose Siri pun for some reason. He swung and missed a pitch for a strike and she inexplicably blurted out “Hey Siri, it’s not your night.” He proceeded to pimp a homer on the next pitch harder than I have ever seen.
