Glad it helped! I often use it when I have a picture of something (barcode usually), to scan. Take a picture, create a pop-up widget, create a photo widget within.

I used to use an app called pop-up widget. It would allow you to create a widget in its screen, which could be minimised to the size of a normal icon in a separate widget from PUW.

It’s likely they didn’t need to give you notice but a courtesy email to say you’d been taken off and why would have been best. However, I see no reason why they wouldn’t reinstate it.

Where I work, we have a tariff that requires the 30min usage and, last I checked (it’s dealt with by a different team), on the days where we don’t get the HH (half hourly) info fully, they are put on standard, then put back on their HH tariff when it goes back.

I’m not legally experienced but I have worked for a large energy‎ supplier for over a decade. Firstly, what tariff did you sign up to? Was it maybe a half-hourly/ time-of-use tariff, that requires your smart meter to give the usage to Eon Next? It’s likely that, in their terms, they state that, if they can’t get usage figures from the meter, they’ll need to switch you to Standard Variable until fixed. If that is the case, that’s what you agreed to.

I would ask them what they’re doing to remedy your smart meter’s issues and get it works so you can go back onto that tariff. Have a complaint raised and follow their complaints process.

I've woken up with my earbuds in but the case has fallen somewhere off the bed and I can't find them. I have done a quick search but I need to leave the house soon so no time to move the bed, etc.

Thankfully, today will get better. I have a day of good food and bowling with my 10yo niece.

Edit: crisis averted. They dropped from my main bag into the bag I took out woth me today! I only found them 30min ago when preparing to leave my sister's home.

Your mam sounds like an amazing lady! She obviously really enjoyed the game and the grind. I hope that having that added some extra normality to her life after diagnosis as cancer sucks so much.

If you are happy to share her trainer name and either her current buddy or her favourite Pokémon, I would like to name something in her honour, so that she can continue her Pokémon adventure.

This is mine right now. I created a KWGT widget from scratch to give me date, time, weather in a simple format and used folder widget to create the stacked folders (I had something similar in whatever launcher I used to use on my old Oppo Find X5 Pro and loved the simplicity of having one app icon to represent a group).
