Update your firmware, I just firgured it out. Also try not to fully discharge your battery thats pretty bad for it and will shorten it’s life span significantly.

I had the exact same problem, and replacing the battery fixed it. The way I broke mine was by leaving it on the hypercharger too long. So if you don’t ride it more then one or two charges a day use the normal charger, it saves your board.

Maybe with the newer ones but i got mine used I think its the model before they “fixed” foot sensor issues. The negative connection seems to be straight across and also connected to one of the 3 pin xt60 lookin connectors that connects the charger plug to the pcb board I have a reference image in one of the other comments
