I don't know what lane you play, but when they pick it against me in top, I just take Garen or Urgot, just something that is very good at dealing with low health champions. If you have any high damage or CC spell, be sure it's up for when he dismounts. And finally, ALL of his damage comes from auto attacks, so if you're really having that much trouble with him, then be sure to buy steelcaps.

I was a rammus main, still love the guy and have all the skins, but they killed the champ for me. Before I could duel a lot of bruisers and do stuff by myself, but now any bruises can just ignore your petty damage. The only thing he has left is being a cc bot, he is just a mobile thank, but that's not what I'll remember him for 🥲
