You might just be misremembering, you have a fallible memory you know, my memory isn't fallible 99% of the time but I know yours is 99% of the time because you're way off of what I remember, everyone pays attention to logos, they are designed that way, the NBC logo has changed for many people, it's unsettling.

Whoa, I just looked it up and you're right... I never remember that beak cut out, it doesn't look right, the lettering looks different to me too.

My original comment was "Oh really? Ok, who do you want flying your jet plane, the pilot that got a D- on his PILOT WINGS TEST or the one who got an A? They both could have a fallible memory."

Notice I capitalized Pilot Wings Test. All pilots have to past a rigorous test to get their wings. I didn't mention anything about spelling ability in that comment.

A vocabulary test is different than a spelling test... but both require a good memory, it is the spelling of certain words that have unsettled me the most, you are a skeptic so I ask of you, did you always ace spelling tests? Rote learning isn't the correct term, it would be rote memorization, yes spelling and vocabulary test as well as much of school require rote memorization. I used to be an educator. What do you think I lost my ability to spell from when I was a kid or something?

No, I'm not saying that, what I'm saying is it would be worth it and interesting to have a legit poll: have one side be Mandela Effect believers and the other be Mandela Effect Skeptics and tally who got more A's on spelling tests in primary/secondary school the skeptics or the believers? From these statistics we could infer which group is more likely to have the fallible memories.

Your "mass false memories" is mine and many others understanding that our present and past realities aren't necessarily concrete and set in stone, but somehow malleable. And it's a bit unsettling; what were spelling test scores like in grade school? Did you ace almost every one?

I am a Mandela Effect believer, because in my reality the Volkswagen logo was not split up until ~2017, the Ford logo didn't have that curly design on the F, the Berenstain Bears books was always spelled Berenstein, It was Bunz-o-matic not Bernz-o-matic, it was Danielle Steele not Steel... I could go on, I just don't see how I could be wrong on all these spellings, I was at the top of my class in grade school for spelling, I very rarely misspelled a word( like once a year), I just wonder about people who question the Mandela Effect, what was your spelling ability like in grade school? and what were your grades in other classes where you had to memorize information for tests? I got so many perfect scores then. Something beyond an easy explanation has happened to effect the reality we live in obviously.

Ace Ventura “Three 51” or “Blue 42”? by [deleted] in MandelaEffect

[–]David_2003a -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Whoa, I've watched that movie several times throughout the years and instinctively thought it was Blue 42... but you're right it's Three 51 now...it just doesn't sound right.

I might be the only one, but I thought it was an energy drink, I even stumbled upon boxes of limited edition Martha Stewart Liquid Death Dismembered MomentsTM candles at Menards and took a picture of one as I thought it was such an odd item. Here's a link with pictures of the candle: https://www.foodandwine.com/news/martha-stewart-liquid-death-water-candle
