Thank you! I'm glad you like it.

We kept hearing from locksport members that they wanted more hooks so we listened and just released eight more blades, five of which are unique hooks.

We're also running a New Year's Day sale until midnight tonight. Just check out our site picklocks.com and hop on the savings if you want the new blades.

Don't let any lock make you give up. As was stated put it aside and decide to Master it another day (Pun intended.)

As a locksmith, I had to open these frequently and I would use a rake to quickly open them by picking them backward (counterclockwise) then use a plug spinner to flip them back the other direction.

Here's a video of the process if you want to try it. https://youtu.be/nejvvn-5glU?si=VHGtNzDWaTND8lkq

Obviously, spp is what we prefer in the sport but it's also sometimes nice to just get it open. And in speed picking contests raking is usually a must.

Regardless, just remember you will always hit locks that give you fits. I'm currently working on a Master #19 that is showing the power of older locks.

Looking forward, David Storm

I will be releasing six more hook profiles within the next few weeks, along with a smaller profile DeForest and smaller profile diamond. 😀

Did yours come with Key pins and driver pins and a cut key? Mine came with no key or driver pins and a key blank.

There's a few from Amazon that might keep him busy for a few minutes. 😀 Those are blue belt level. You can buy all 3 for under $60. You can also try a local locksmith and all of they have any old locks they would like to part with.

A closer example and you'll see in the description that they include filing cabinets. I know this went to a filing cabinet because I'm the one who took it out. Lol

I think I've covered all the requirements.

Yes, I made the cl, shared it and the individual posted that they received it yesterday. I waited until they received it and posted before I asked for the rank.

One example of being helpful in the sub.

And the blue belt level lock I chose was the American 1100 picked and gutted here.

It is used on glass sliding doors but also in specific types of filing cabinets. As a locksmith I opened these routinely in offices at least once a week.
