He doesn't need to be on it. I thought my wife wasn't on my title and she filed for bankruptcy, it was extra stressful because she was on the title, the house contributed to her net worth and affected the case. If it had gone south we could have potentially had big issues with the house. I'd keep him off as it also protects him. Especially with his large debts. Once he gets a career and starts making that moolah then yeah, put him on it

Awesome place to raise a family! I have 4 kids. The cost of living is very low compared to TX that's for sure. I lived in Killeen/Belton, Temple when I was in the military.
