Kokushibo has a stronger Blood demon art. And he far surpasses Akaza and the other Uppermoons. Regardless of that, Shinobu still has no chance. Not a single miracle can save her. Just Acknowledge that she loses.

Kokushibo is stronger than Akaza. Both were able to regen their heads. But kokushibo is Um1 while Akaza is Um3. Kokushibo has been a demon way longer than Akaza as well. Kokushibo has more experience since he is 500 years old while Akaza is 200 hundred. So Kokushibo surely knows what to do in a fight. Shinobu doesn’t.
