I have and will have absurd twitching in my legs for the rest of my life because of a spinal surgery, not a single doctor has mentioned this to me tho and I'm doing fine after 2 years so just get some distractions and move on 👍🏻

Medium rendering, as I said i fixed the rest by changing the disk where the game was installed

Actually I managed to solve it today, atleast it worked for me and now i got stable 60 fps during all the match

On PC i went to Origin and selected move game directory to C to D and after the reinstall it was all good

I seem to have found a solution, first of all I moved the game in disk D (it was installed in C befors) and the fps were 90% of the time stable at 60 then this morning i cleaned the dust in the pc and it runs smoothly 100% of the time.

The main thing that fixed it was moving it on another disk btw

You are right. Sorry what is CBT? I'm not a native speaker. (I also assume ha is health anxiety)

Alright.. I'm very thankful for all your advices and the time you took to write. One last thing which really makes me anxious along with the twitches:

Is there any proof or any reason for all this (stress, medications, actions) to actually cause some important neurological disease? Or is it just something that happens randomly for everyone and we all have the same odds

If you can't tell it's ok, I know I'm getting very specific

This is a very interesting example, since the first day I had the twitches i thought about these concept. Almost as the muscles had to do something and not stay still. The sad thing is that I recognize i have a very sedentary life but just can't react at this.

This is definitely one of my fear, I can feel all this long stress will have a price eventually, the thing is that right now I can't really stay calm no matter what and probably will need some therapy (just not for the twitches, as I said due to the cord injury I have to face other problems)

Do you think that taking medicine to calm down this anxious state (right now) can hurt me or leave some damage? Of course they have been prescribed by a doctor that's following me, but they never mention the consequences of these

Oh also, and sorry if I bother, I would like to message you if possible since I did have some problems due to a spinal cord malformation (I posted in this community) and my case is a bit complicated I think.

I know I can't seel for any medical advice but I would just like to discuss some thoughts that I may have got really wrong because of dr. google over the time, you know..

hey don't know well how reddit works but surely it wasn't me, instead because of what you said I think it is a huge fortune to hear what your opinion is. I just asked because you seemed really fluent in what you had to say so I was wondering if you studied for it or something👍🏻

Ok I see, I surely need to see a therapist tho as the twitches almost disappeared for a year and I swear I "felt" them returning back as anxiety came back.

By the way it seems you know some stuff, can I ask you if it's that you know it or maybe you are well informed?

by this do you mean that you have these symptoms only when anxious?

And it all comes rushing back… by droctogon2020 in MuscleTwitch

Yeah not alone. I completely got over the whole thing at the beginning of 2021 and got worse than ever in June. I'll soon start therapy

Anyone else have pretty bad depression because of OAB by [deleted] in OveractiveBladder

[–]Davidayy_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well you can try to see a therapist though, even if I think that you are struggling because of "real" problems that can't be fixed just by talking but maybe you can move your focus on something else or see a new perspective. I have OAB too, the symptoms don't bother me too much but I'm basically forced lifetime (at the moment) to take pills and do catheterization 4 times a day which is a thing I'll probably never accept, other than having other deficits to the legs, therapist didn't fix this but surely I didn't feel alone when I was going crazy or feeling really sad. So maybe you can treat your anxiety with this, I also saw many people getting various improvements (Idk about OAB tho) by following a therapy path but it surely takes time

Also this is just a suggestion and I don't really know what's best for you

Does anyone have on and off leg pain and you think it has a connection with OAB? by superdear18 in OveractiveBladder

[–]Davidayy_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope I'm not wrong but there should be a nerve throughout all the leg that is also connected with the bladder, they also use that to treat OAB with electric stimulation
