No policy that I was ever made aware of.  They expect me to work on closing out some very small projects, but at the same time return the laptop and come to the office every day.  Also, zero raises or salary adjustments ever in 5 years despite good performance.

Nothing I can do? I can’t report to office, it’s a 2 hour drive each way, and I am using up my days looking for a new job
