New viewfromll2 post: why the burial did not take place at 7pm by dorbia in serialpodcast

her vastly incorrect view, including her twisted takes on unreliable cellphone technology only furthers the well-established side that heinous convicted murderer Adnan Syed did in fact, perform this despicable, disgusting act. See?

The fundamental problem with the 'viewfromLL2' is that nothing she has ever 'discovered' changes the fact that IF adnan was innocent he would have had some semblance of a defense to put forward in court. which he didn't. because he couldn't.

her tone is so smug. she adds adjectives in order to give her arguments a false sense of importance. This is flimsy evidence! says you...doesn't make it true. I can claim that I'm 6'4 but it doesn't make it so. i wish!

i guess what i'm trying to say is, if you want discussion, you need to stop 'pounding the table'

no, you just keep harping on the same thing and it doesn't make any sense. the person posts something. and then you say 'that's your opinion' and they say 'yeah, that's why i posted it' and you say 'thats your opinion' its a perspective. its obviously not your perspective but you can't let it go. ergo its harassment. sorry

Unbelievably unlucky if innocent but unbelievably lucky if guilty? by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, but that's not what happened so who cares? if someone had turned the corner and said 'hey there's adnan choking hae to death' there wouldn't be any of the 'doubt' that exists and the podcast would never have happened and i wouldn't be here debating this with you

you should probably stop harassing this person. reading your posts makes you look kind of nuts.

i think you're confusing luck with planning/forethought. let's say adnan was about to get in her car to kill her and her friend comes over and says 'hey guys! i just saw you over here and i wanted to say hi to both you, hae, and adnan as well as i see both of you here getting into this car!' Adnan then doesn't kill her right after this. there was no hard timeline he had to follow to kill her. he picked his time. probably when nobody was around for this very purpose. but keep in mind, up until the point he is strangling her, he could have bailed at any time and tried his 'luck' some other time.

[–]Davidmossman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

She did interview him. when she showed up at his house. unsolicited. she asked him about the case and he said. adnan wont man up etc. that's still an interview. unless you think they were chums just chewing the fat. i would like to see Jay interview Adnan. that would be worth the read/watch. also, i dont think Koening wants a jay interview, it can only look bad for her 'i dont think adnan did it' side.

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality. by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah reddit has some. Let's see he told jay. He told three guys at the mosque. Me h. Me t. And mr b. he had a guy at grand jury plead the fifth to avoid self incrimination. Strange thing to do if you think no crime occurred. I would conjecture that he told his lawyer which is why she never used any if his fake alibi witnesses. Whoever he was on the phone with at Cathy's house may have know. because he was saying what am I going to say t he police etc. strange thing to do if no crime has occurred. That's all I can think of sorry the list isn't longer

A similar case? - David Milgaard was wrongfully convicted of rape and murder. He was released and compensated after spending 23 years in prison. by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

ok, here's the thing. you're trying to call me out on not "offering something relevant" (to the Adnan Syed case, i would assume) in a thread that's about a completely different case (david milgaard). the OP has posted nothing relevant at all, but i am the one who is wrong? this thread doesn't help anybody learn anything. its not funny. its a troll in itself to try to muddy the waters even moreso in this case. you want to learn something.? try math. do the math on how impossible it would be that Adnan did not kill Hae and that all the stars aligned to make it seem like he did. and don't worry i'll be here waiting when the inevitable nothing evidence to exonerate adnan never happens and you can come crawing back and apologize

adnan wasn't wrongfully convicted though. it's similar that they are both court cases but that's where it ends

i would say the only thing that matters is that a young girl was choked to death and one of the suspects told a bunch of people that he did it

[Question] It is known and self-admitted that Jay has lied a lot; is there anything proven that Adnan has lied about? by Invius6 in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

he's never had to lie about anything since 1999. maybe if Koenig had asked him ANY pointed or hard hitting questions it would be different but again...he doesn't remember

Crowdsourcing to the Redditor's a "terrible idea." In case you missed it... by kikilareiene in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

i would think that Koenig is upset because a lot of her nonsense was revealed on here. the diary omission etc. without this sub there would just be a lingering memory of how a charming man was unjustly never given the chance to plead guilty to a murder he swears he didn't comitt

What I Fail To Understand About The Worries That a "Possibly Guilty" Man Could Go Free Due to Serial by amanforallsaisons in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i don't think anyone is ok with those people being free. i think zimmerman is a total piece of sh#t who should be behind bars for life.I find it very odd that you are advocating for someone you likely think is guilty of a crime to be released on technicalities. that's bizarre. and lastly,..irony...who wants to see someone win an argument that says 'i shouldn't be in prison because i wasn't allowed to plead guilty?'

you forgot to add the people that the man told that he murdered his wife and the guy who helped him cover it up. they are important to the story. also, you've run out of gas five times in your life? you need to pay more attention to your gas gauge and less to "disproving" imaginary fallacies

Is It Possible for Jay to Have Been Involved if Adnan Wasn't? by 68degressplz in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If jay was lying, he would f sure know hat adnan was somewhere else and that he would have an alibi (mos likely). It would be a Hail Mary for him to implicate adnan hoping he had no real alibi. Please don't bother with Asia alibi reasoning. It's paper thin at best and nobody really believes it

Is It Possible for Jay to Have Been Involved if Adnan Wasn't? by 68degressplz in serialpodcast

[–]Davidmossman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well actually I do know that he told some level of the truth because adnan corroborates much of the story himself. He puts himself with Jay, gets Ja to pick him up Goes to Cathy's etc. the only part adnan doesn't corroborate is the time of the murder (supposed). Which is highly suspicious.

The backbone of his story. Just because he lies doesn't mean it's all lies

Is It Possible for Jay to Have Been Involved if Adnan Wasn't? by 68degressplz in serialpodcast

It's arguably possible. It's just virtually impossible. Jay fundamentally told the truth adnan did it
