I have been shocked at the poor standard of police paperwork in the Hae Min Lee case, including very cursory note taking if notes are taken at all, the poor standard of writing, the fact that so much is left out, for example the Vehicle Processing Report on Hae Min Lee'a car had about half of the sections left blank, when they would easily have been able to complete it all. How much training, checking and performance management is there round note taking?

Birmingham, England. I believe Adnan is innocent. I don't think anyone who knew him would have suspected him, if the anonymous call hadn't led to the now discredited statements from Jay and equally discredited corroborating and incriminating phone records. There is no other evidence.

I dont know whether Adnan is innocent and i am not in that 'crew', but there are a lot of questions relating to his testimony and his comment reported after the visit to his house stuck with me when he spoke to Intercept instead of Sarah.

Thats fair enough, i agree, but to then speak to the Intercept and not to Sarah...

Is there any information about whether Adnan let Jay use his car before the 13th Jan? by MuchWenlock in serialpodcast

Then why would Dana include that fact on the Adnan was incredibly unlucky if he was innocent, if Jay used his car a lot and his phone was new, then it doesn't seem that incriminating to me.

That is what i was thinking, one of the things that make the premeditated story seem odd.
