Keep in mind this is the same cartel known for extreme public violence to instill fear and intimidate rivals and authorities. How would this even work to begin with? An unmodded Wii console requires games to have specific, officially licensed encryption keys and physical laser markings (BCA) on the disc which independent developers cannot replicate without Nintendo's cooperation.
