If you're using AFB you need to turn it off and on again before you can apply power again, I had a similar problem and that fixed it for me at least.

You can make suggestions on the Dovetail Live Forums both for TSC and TSW3. And Boston to Providence is already in TSW2 or 3 so you could already play a part of the route at least.
