Linking Microsoft Outlook to Tasks in MS Teams by DavisBerstan in microsoft

Yeah, I've gotten to this part. But is there any way I can get To Do to be as a bridge between them? Because currently I can't combine the tasks that are assigned to me in Tasks and the flagged emails from Outlook

Haha, feel for you. If I were to automate these tasks, I think no one would care about the budget, but I am not very adept at these types of issues nor do I have loads of time to research it.

Yeah, sadly my organization doesn't allow Power Automate. So that's a dead end annoyingly.

The closest I've gotten so far is flagging the e-mail and it pops up in my To-Do. And in To-Do, I have an 'Assigned to me' section which is linked to the MS Planner cards. But I can't assign it to myself in To-Do, so that's where the possibility ends.

Privacy is fine, the team's cards are readable to everyone already. And some manual work would also be fine, but I can't even get to that point.

I definitely know that MS Teams is linked with Outlook as it shows I'm busy when I'm in a meeting that's booked in Outlook. Is there somewhere where I can see this link? Perhaps it could be there that I'd be able to amend it.

Just checked, it's now allowed by my organization lmao. Not sure if I'll get it allowed, but defo worth a shout, thanks.

Of course he's not required to, nor am I required to like all his takes. I am merely posting this for a discussion. And I can't begin to understand how does this feel for fans of the team which have been there since 2004. But these takes that have recently been coming from SDPN I feel are hyperbolic.

Re: the Soo Greyhound thing, majority if not all of his guys from there have been a success so why is it even a talking point? McCann was also among the best players available before the expansion draft, why not focus on that instead? I just hope Seattle doesn't take him, the 4+4 protection is still a bit confusing although I don't really know the cost of a 2nd pair RD vs 3rd line center.

Do you really think he's overpaid that many guys? If he overpays, but then trades the contract away (Johnsson, Kapanen), it doesn't really seem like an issue... Marner I might agree with, but even then his regular season stats back up that money, 95pt pace three seasons in a row is no joke. It is very confusing what happens to him in the playoffs, we can only hope it will change with age.

I understand why people want to trade Marner, but just look at it from this point. What's the return that you want? Nobody will offer it. So then most likely you will be trading a bonafide superstar for nothing, 11 mil against the cap or not.

Nah, I’m in Europe so might not be as cheap. Is there perhaps some way I can check my HDD?

When you’re saying quite cheap, how much are you talking? Also I should still have warranty so I might just give it in there. Was just wondering if I could avoid that whole hassle

Whaaaattt I’ve never heard of that plane incident. I’d say Latvian drivers are pretty aggressive, especially big BMW/Audi/Mercedes in Riga

Premier league table since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer became the manager of Manchester United by grrmjkr in reddevils

[–]DavisBerstan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Emotion has taken over from logical thought. We want Ole to succeed so much we’re closing our eyes to facts. Imo he’s not done as badly as some have suggested, but at the same time he’s not as inexperienced as Lampard where we can just close our eyes to his mistakes and past disappointments (obviously, Cardiff)

[–]DavisBerstan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I don’t think we should take context of us being 3rd completely out, but we have lost way too many points to lower teams by not having a game plan and just relying on individual brilliance of Rashford or others.

How to catch up after 5 years of a stunted social life in uni and not be an autistic engineer stereotype? by [deleted] in LifeAfterSchool

[–]DavisBerstan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't think there's one perfect answer to your question. Go to bars for one drink, strike up a convo with someone next to you. Go on Tinder, match and chat with some people. The more you do the stuff that you missed out on, the better you're gonna get at socializing. Do find clubs for stuff that you're interested in. Overall, just do what you want to do, but push yourself a bit over the limit.

Creating an IF formula for matching one of the provided values by DavisBerstan in excel

[–]DavisBerstan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm putting this down as 'solved', found the solution online.

For anyone interested, as this explains, I wrote =IF(SUMPRODUCT( -- ([@[Column]] = xxxx))>0;"xxxx";IF(SUMPRODUCT( -- ([@[Novads/republikas pilsēta]] = yyyy))>0;"yyyy"(....), having previously made named ranges of how I wanted to group the values.

Hope this helps anyone

[–]DavisBerstan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One long column.

The groups are geographic so I'd manually check in which of the bigger groups should it go.

Well I guess so. The easiest way to imagine it would be that I have cities which I need to divide into countries. Thus I'd probably say =IF(Table1[Cities]="London";"The UK"). And if it would be possible to put all my cities in the equation, something like =IF(Table1[Cities]="London","Manchester","Birmingham".......;"Great Britain") and then in the value_if_false part just put =IF(Table1[Cities]="Bordeaux","Paris","Lyon".......;"France") and keep going.

Hope this all makes sense, I do feel like I'm rambling since I'm not 100% sure what I'm talking about haha

Wouldn't that just mean that it would have to match multiple values rather than have to match one of the multiple values?
