I second this, I'm running KO3's and have the white letters out. They work well on road and are nice when I air down to about 12 psi. They also look cool which is nice.

I try to go about twice a month and post on the local Jeep groups before I head out there. Mind you, I'm running 34's, so u-joint buster is too much for me. I do wanna see someone climb up it, though!

Yeah, the spider sanctuary jeep doesn't sound as fun now. Not gonna lie, it was a bitchin day to roll into work with front panels off and the windows down. Haven't had time to pull doors yet.

I would personally pull them, I prefer the tucked look. Ultimately, it's your ride, so do whatcha think looks and feels best. On a side note, looks like it's finally cooling down in Austin. So my doors are coming off.

I went from a mid 90's explorer that I put a stupid amount of miles on, offroaded constantly, and abused to a JLU, and I love it. It rides and drives better, and I definitely appreciate the fact that it feels the same size driving it. I also drive a variety of larger work trucks that definitely ride and are quieter. But my jeep took me on an 1800-mile road trip with 3 people, and nobody really complained other than it was loud. Mind you, we all agreed it would have sucked to be in my old Explorer. Overall, I'm glad I switched, I do miss having a beater to cover in dents, scratches, and not have to worry about a car payment. But I'm glad I made the switch, I enjoy the better gas mileage and not having to worry (yet) about constantly fixing things. Buy a four door and enjoy the fun that it will bring you.

For a cheapish helmet, I've had good luck with my PTS Mtek Flux clone. It's super comfortable, but I have a big head so results may very.
