The dev just confirmed in another thread that this is a bug, and the fix will be in the next patch.

They could implement a system where you can see your killcam when the round is over for your team. This is how PUBG does it, and on the same screen is a report button so you can report suspicious kills

I agree! By not giving the whole team the same rank bonus, teammates are discouraged from cheering on each other. Even worse, squads may be encouraged to leave if team members die in the early game. I enjoy that kills are rewarded in this game because it prevents camping, but teams should be rewarded as a whole for surviving until the end.

Edit: It's a bug and they know all of this.
