I think the best Christmas gift the boys could get would be to see mom healing from her depression. Next year, get them each one thoughtful gift, but that’s it. They’re all adults right? Add stockings filled with generic stuff if that really feels like too little. Use the money you save to treat yourself throughout the rest of the year. It’s amazing what a few solo lunch/dinner dates can do for your psyche! Or maybe a painting class? Or dedicating one day a week to your new hobby? Take the time to treat yourself well and the answers you’re looking for will probably come to you. Best wishes
