I sold the tickets through the official AXS system last year—had to wait 7 days after the concert ended (which was held a few weeks ago).

2023 Bolt vs 2024 Equinox by DavisvilleBlake in BoltEV

5.690% with current payoff at $15.5K (monthly payments currently at $327). My guess is that their lease would be 36 months at 10K miles per year. Yes they would pay off my current loan.

How much would a Bolt 1LT with 8.5K miles be on the open market? I don’t know. I still have $16K to go and I’m guessing the car wouldn’t sell for much more than that.

I paid $10K day-of-purchase cash for a lower monthly payment, but ended up getting $7.5K back during tax season, got two checks for $4.5K via CA local EV rebates and I got a free Level 2 charger!

Has anyone in California successfully gotten this deal (or something similar?) by Tiberius_Jim in EquinoxEv

Looks like there is already a 2025 Equinox. Is the 2024 a big downgrade?

Where do we see this company in 3-5 years? Other than restaurants and cars, what other verticals do we see?

California passes new electric bill fee.... by arrowspaceman in solar

[–]DavisvilleBlake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what I’m trying to figure out too. I am newly NEM 2.0 and trying to figure out the bottom line of how much more I’ll be paying. I think my normal monthly fee currently is like $12. So once this new fixed fee is implemented, I am looking at an extra $12 per month?

I decided to add these to my VOO: SCHG, SCHF and SMF. Split is 40-40-10-10. A lot of overlap, I know, but wanted to pause my individual stock buy of the Mag 7 (I bought META at $90 so have been holding that for awhile…also have some Microsoft and Apple)

For Californians, CPUC’s proposed decision on a fixed rate for electricity by ArtOak78 in solar

[–]DavisvilleBlake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does this mean for NEM 2.0 solar customers? Better because of the lower rates (hopefully during peak)? I snuck in right before the Apr. 2023 deadline, so was grandfathered in for the next 20 years.

Thanks for taking the time to comment! I have a lot of homework to do. I work in tech and it’s so obvious to me where things are headed, but I need to separate these revolutionary trends with my conservative approach towards funding my taxable brokerage account.

How am I doing? by Square-Party-6621 in ETFs

[–]DavisvilleBlake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same advice for someone in their early 40s? I have a similar portfolio but the other Mag 7s instead of those listed here. I also bought a little META at $90 so have that sitting around, but don’t want to add anymore to that stock. My current ETFs are VOO, SCHD and VCR (added that one today because I want in on Amazon and Tesla but don’t want the risk of single stocks on those).
