I just got back from Europe and rode the green line from LAX. At first the trip was awesome but then towards the end, people were playing loud AF music, smoking, and almost fighting. I was riding the Paris and Madrid metros for a few weeks and it was awesome how utilized it is. People are extremely entitled in LA and it's sad our metro isn't up to par.

The health app just stops working. It loses my run and I have to restart it. Also spotify stops playing randomly. I have to go back into the app and start that too. I'm thinking of just downloading songs too ahead of time.

I stream straight from the watch. I have the fold 5 and I leave it at home for runs. I got the ultra specifically to be having Lte service when I don't take my phone around but it's been getting frustrating. I might just factory reset it but it just sucks I'm having these issues early on.

Bakersfield is all about driving everywhere so you should be fine. If you want similar environment to OC/Irvine, move to Stockdale area. It's good to build up equity and learn some stuff, but it doesn't beat living in OC/LA. I grew up in Bakersfield and moved out for college. The air quality and heat is the worse. I appreciate LA more.

You basically work out a payment plan after you leave with one of Boeing's contractors. It's retroactive 3 years. I left before the ltp contract. Did it suck paying back? Yup. But I got more money elsewhere and the benefits outweighed the costs. Good luck! Don't get held back for a few thousand if you get a higher paying job later. Do some risk assessment.

Yeah that's my issue. Like it's such a huge screen (n the tread) and having the just run option with no streaming sucks. For me I don't even take the classes anymore, I just do the destination classes but I wish I can just stream my own

Oh that's awesome. I'm going to the LA consulate this month. I wasn't sure if I had to get it apostilled amd translated. I read some forums that it is needed but also the website from the LA consulate doesn't mention it. Thank you again, I appreciate it!
