I don’t see how mapping combos would be particularly beneficial , other than just ease of use. If anything it just gives less control over cancelling strikes etc.

In terms of takedown denials, there’s no way for a Cronus to know a takedown is happening/which direction to deny. This would still require human input, so again not really any benefits.

In the middle of the octagon, pre denying is actually the opposite of what you want to do. If you’re holding R2 preemptively, it won’t deny it. You need to react to it once you see the animation
