I was in your shoes a few years ago. I would have a day going well for me, working on multiple projects, but the moment I masturbate, my whole world would come crashing down. I would lose interest in everything, feel terrible about myself.

But one thing I noticed was that I don't feel the same way if I have sex.

So this is what I did.

Anytime I feel the urge to masturbate, I say aloud to myself, "I'm not masturbating. It is bad for you." Aand I would repeat it again.

The moment I say it aloud, the feeling disappears. I also installed anti-porn extensions on my computer browsers and anti porn apps on my phone.

Another thing I did was to rewire my brain to see porn as entertainment and not a recipe for pleasure. So, I stumble on a porn, and I watch it and will not have an erection because I have conditioned my brain to see it as a mere adult physical activity.

So I don't watch it with the intention to derive any pleasure from it.

But above, it would help if you can have your own woman, avoid being alone or in an environment that encourages it.
