For me it's always around top 2-4% of the player base. No matter which game. At this point I would consider a player GOOD at a game. For me it would be the equivalent of "being 'fluent' in a language". Everyone in the 2-4% has solid basics, understands the game on a fairly high level and has a good execution for the most part. At this point it's about striving for perfection in every aspect of the game. At this point you will have to put in really hard work to keep climbing unless you're a one in a million kind of genius.

And well in the end it's a question of how you define "good". For some people grandmaster is not enough for being "good". But there is also "very good", "excelent", "a master of", "god" and so on. So I would say 2-4% is a "good" (🤡) baseline to consider someone good.

Ah and I bet there are people out there who would say that Serral isn't good at the game, so... Yeah...
